PsychPlus Houston mental health provider facing Gentlemen ransomware claim lawsuits

Plaintiffs allege — we have not seen a PsychPlus regulator notice — that Houston mental-health provider PsychPlus Medical Associates PLLC (psychplus.com) was hit by ransomware group The Gentlemen in April 2026. Class complaints filed in the Southern District of Texas claim patient PII/PHI (names, contact info, DOB, health insurance, medical information) may have been accessed or exfiltrated, and that PsychPlus had not issued public disclosure as of filing.

Lead / consolidation docket: Dickerson v. PsychPlus Medical Associates PLLC (4:26-cv-03068, filed April 16, 2026). Member cases (Ross, Havens) instruct filers to docket under 4:26-cv-03068.
